Japan Trails Data API プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、当社が提供する読み取り専用のデータAPI「Japan Trails Data API」（MCP エンドポイントおよび REST API、以下「本API」）に適用されます。ウェブサイト ainavs.top 全体の取り扱いは別途定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本APIは、ユーザー個人を特定する情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置履歴など）を取得・保存しません。取得するのは次の情報と、1-2 の旅程マップの内容のみです。

• APIキーの識別名（連携先サービスごとに発行）
• リクエスト日時、呼び出されたツール名、検索条件（キーワード、都道府県、路線名など）、返却件数
• 位置で検索する場合に送られる緯度・経度（並べ替えにのみ使用し、ユーザーと結びつけて保存しません）
• 通信のためのIPアドレス等のサーバーアクセスログ

1-2. 旅程マップの保存

連携先から「旅程マップの作成」が呼び出された場合に限り、送られた旅程の内容（タイトル、日付、立ち寄り先の名称・座標・時刻・メモ・移動手段のメモ）を保存し、ainavs.top 上の地図ページとして表示します。

• 地図ページはリンクを知っている人なら誰でも閲覧できます。氏名、電話番号、予約番号などの個人情報は旅程に含めないでください。
• 保存した旅程はユーザー個人と結びつけて管理しません。削除を希望する場合は、地図ページのURLを添えて下記窓口へご連絡ください。
• 旅程は削除のご依頼があるまで、または本APIの提供終了まで保存します。

2. 利用目的

• 検索結果の返却
• 不正利用の防止とレート制限
• どのような情報が求められているかの集計（個人を特定しない形）による内容の改善

3. 第三者提供

上記の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。ただし法令に基づく場合を除きます。本APIは外部の有料APIや生成AIを呼び出さないため、検索条件が外部サービスに送られることはありません。

4. 保存期間

呼び出し記録は最長12か月保存し、その後削除します。サーバーアクセスログは運用上必要な期間のみ保存します。

5. 安全管理

通信はHTTPSで暗号化しています。APIキーはサーバー上で公開リポジトリ外に保管しています。

This policy applies to the read-only "Japan Trails Data API" (MCP endpoint and REST API, the "API") provided by JCY KOKUSAI SHOJI K.K. The ainavs.top website is covered by a separate policy.

1. Information we collect

The API does not collect or store information that identifies end users (names, email addresses, phone numbers, location history, etc.). We only record the following, plus the trip map contents described in 1-2:

• The label of the API key (issued per integration partner)
• Request time, tool called, search parameters (keyword, prefecture, line name, etc.) and number of results
• Latitude/longitude when a location-based search is requested (used only for sorting; not linked to any user)
• Standard server access logs such as IP address

1-2. Saved trip maps

Only when an integration calls "create trip map", we store the itinerary it sends (title, dates, stop names, coordinates, times, notes and transport notes) and show it as a map page on ainavs.top.

• A trip map page can be viewed by anyone who has the link. Do not include personal information such as names, phone numbers or booking numbers in an itinerary.
• Saved itineraries are not linked to any individual user. To have one deleted, contact us with the map page URL.
• Itineraries are kept until deletion is requested or the API is discontinued.

2. How we use it

• To return search results
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• To understand, in aggregate and without identifying anyone, what information people look for, so we can improve our content

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except as required by law. The API does not call any external paid APIs or generative AI services, so your search parameters are not sent to other services.

4. Retention

Request records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Server access logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. API keys are stored on our server outside any public repository.
