Japan Trails Data API 利用規約

1. サービス内容

本API（MCP エンドポイントおよび REST API）は、日本の古道・ハイキングルート、海に近い駅、庭園、寺院に関する情報を読み取り専用で提供します。利用には当社が発行したAPIキーが必要です。

2. データの出典と表示

データには当社が整理した情報のほか、OpenStreetMap（© OpenStreetMap contributors、ODbL）、国土交通省国土数値情報（CC BY 4.0）、環境省長距離自然歩道のデータ等が含まれます。回答に利用する際は、各レスポンスに含まれる出典表示（attribution）とリンクを表示してください。「海からの距離」は当社が公開データから計算した概算値で、公式統計ではありません。

3. 免責

情報の正確性・最新性には努めますが、保証はしません。運行時刻、開館時間、料金、通行止め、天候、野生動物（熊など）の情報は変わります。出発前に必ず公式情報を確認してください。本APIの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。

3-2. 旅程マップ

旅程マップは保存時に送られた内容をそのまま表示します。内容は送信した連携先およびユーザーの責任とし、当社は法令違反や不適切な内容を予告なく削除できます。地図ページはリンクを知っている人なら誰でも閲覧できます。

4. 禁止事項

レート制限（1キーあたり毎分120回・1日20,000回）を超える利用、データの一括取得・転売
旅程マップを旅程以外の目的（広告、個人情報の掲載など）に使うこと
出典表示を外した再配布
法令または公序良俗に反する利用

5. 変更・停止

当社は事前の通知なく本APIの内容を変更し、または提供を停止・終了することがあります。違反があった場合はAPIキーを無効にできます。

6. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、横浜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. The service

The API (MCP endpoint and REST API) provides read-only information about historic trails and hiking routes, seaside railway stations, gardens and temples in Japan. An API key issued by us is required.

2. Data sources and attribution

Data includes information curated by us as well as OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), MLIT National Land Numerical Information (CC BY 4.0) and Ministry of the Environment long-distance nature trail data. When using results, display the attribution and links included in each response. "Distance to the sea" is an approximate value we computed from public data, not an official statistic.

3. Disclaimer

We try to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty. Timetables, opening hours, fees, road closures, weather and wildlife (e.g. bear) information change; always check official sources before going. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the API.

3-2. Trip maps

A trip map shows the content exactly as it was sent. The sending integration and its user are responsible for that content; we may remove unlawful or inappropriate content without notice. Anyone with the link can view a trip map page.

4. Prohibited use

Exceeding the rate limits (120 requests/minute and 20,000/day per key), bulk downloading or reselling the data
Using trip maps for anything other than itineraries (ads, posting personal information, etc.)
Redistribution without attribution
Any unlawful use

5. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or end the API without prior notice, and may revoke keys used in violation of these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
